Zone Coverage
Adds zone parts to your premium plan, including the backflow preventer, blower bearings, fan belt, blower motor (heat only, up to 1/4 HP belt driven), blower pulley and shaft, circulator (up to $200), expansion tank (model 30 only), flow check, high vent, low voltage transformer, pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, switching relay, non-programmable thermostat, complete zone valve (water only), and thermal altimeter gauge.
Domestic Hot Water
Have a separate water heater, storage tank, or tankless system? You can add parts coverage to your maintenance plan. Ask us for the full list of covered hot water parts when you call.
Oil Tank Replacement
If your oil tank starts leaking, this add-on provides $1,000 toward tank replacement. Coverage requires a tank inspection and does not cover pre-existing conditions. Additional tank coverage options are available, so call us for details.
