Annual Propane Tune-Up
A full inspection and cleaning every fall. We test the gas valve, check the ignition system, clean the burner, inspect the heat exchanger, and measure combustion efficiency. A tuned propane system burns less fuel and runs safer.
Safety Inspection
We inspect to manufacturer specs and industry standards: checking for gas leaks, testing pressure relief valves, inspecting venting, and verifying every safety shutoff works. On a gas system, this isn't optional.
Priority Service
When something breaks, plan members go to the front of the line. During peak heating season that's the difference between a same-day fix and a three-day wait. Our team is available 24/7 for emergencies.
10% Discount on Parts & Labor
All parts and labor for your propane heating system are discounted 10%. Filters and parts included in the tune-up are covered at no additional cost. The discount does not apply to full system replacements.
