This plan is available to customers who purchase propane from Dupuis Energy. Here’s what you get:

  • Annual Propane Tune-Up: A full system inspection and cleaning every fall. We test the gas valve, check the ignition system, clean the burner, inspect the heat exchanger, and measure combustion efficiency. A tuned propane system burns less fuel and runs safer.

  • Safety Inspection: Our technicians inspect your propane heating system based on manufacturer specs and industry standards. We check for gas leaks, test pressure relief valves, inspect venting, and verify all safety shutoffs are working. This isn’t optional on a gas system.

  • Priority Service: When something breaks, propane service plan members go to the front of the line. During peak heating season, that can mean the difference between a same-day fix and a three-day wait. Our team is available 24/7 for emergencies.

  • 10% Discount on Parts and Labor: All parts and labor for your propane heating system are discounted 10%. Filters and parts included in the tune-up are covered at no additional cost. The discount does not apply to full system replacements.

  • Yes. The propane service plan is available to customers who purchase propane from Dupuis Energy. If you're not a current propane delivery customer, we can set up both delivery and the service plan at the same time.
  • We test the gas valve, check the ignition system, clean the burner assembly, inspect the heat exchanger, measure combustion efficiency, replace filters, and run a full safety check. The visit typically takes 45 minutes to an hour.
  • The structure is similar: annual tune-up, priority service, 10% parts discount, and 24/7 emergency support. The difference is the equipment covered. The propane plan covers propane-fired furnaces, boilers, and heating systems. The oil service plan covers oil-fired equipment and includes a longer list of no-charge covered parts at the premium level.
  • Call us. Plan members get priority scheduling for repairs and 24/7 emergency support. Parts and labor are discounted 10% for any repair work on your propane heating system.
