The Dupuis Energy Family Story
Our journey began when our great-grandfather, Frank, started the business with steam burners for coal burning. We specialized in steam fitting and plumbing, working on buildings throughout Rhode Island during the 1900s.
As time passed, we grew into the company we are today. After the war, we played a major role in installing boilers and furnaces for the houses built for GI families. During that time, our great-grandfather saw the opportunity to provide heating oil to those same homes.
By the 1970s, our steam fitters transitioned into pipe fitters, and we have been servicing oil systems, boilers, and furnaces ever since. Starting in 2000, the company added propane delivery, natural gas services, and heat pump installations. We keep evolving while holding onto the same reliable service that has carried this business for over a century.
